As the basic form we chosed the triangle because of its static stability. You can find it in the ground plan as well as in the facade.

The floor plans are formed from twisted superimposed triangles, that are connected by other triangles in the facade. The connection with the facade inside is made via wall panels, that are highlighted by red color and resolve the transparent but massive appearance of the building.

The personnel and technical development takes place through a small inner core. The square proved to be here the most efficient form.

In the lower part of the building, above the underground garage, are located floors for events and offices.
In the upper part with a view over the city and the surroundings is provided a hotel part with a sky-restaurant in the final two floors. Furthermore, there are three sections for the placement of the technical installations.
